▶ Ant Group Appoints CFO as President and Splits International, Database, and Technology Businesses into Independent Operations
On March 19, Jing Xiandong, Chairman and CEO of Ant Group, issued an internal letter announcing a new round of organizational restructuring. Han Xinyi will serve as President of Ant Group, taking full responsibility for digital payment, digital connectivity, and digital finance businesses, while concurrently serving as Group CFO and reporting to Jing Xiandong. Ant International, OceanBase (the database business), and Ant Digital Technologies will each establish a board of directors and operate independently in the market under a CEO responsibility system led by the board.
